Note that 2/3 slat is used to indicate the 0-minutes and 0-seconds values. Zero-hours isn't defined since hours start at 1:00.

Kind of sloppy on the 3/8-in holes for the tubes. The are slightly widened to account for the 'ears' at the bottom of the tube created from pinching-off the glass during manufacture.
